The products must be in its original packaging with their original tags.  Garments that are: worn, washed, stained, torn or damaged are not accepted.

  • Only (1) one exchange per garment is allowed.
  • Time Exception cases (past of 7 days) on an Exchange are made on a case-by-case basis and will include a restocking fee up to 25%. Item must still be returned in its original new state.

We do not issue refunds. Clearance Items, Sale Items or Special sales (Black Friday…) are considered Final Sale.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

When mailing your product, ask for a tracking number. The exchange of the garment is only allowed when our Consultant or Quality Process confirms that the garment has not been used, has no stains, still retains the label, the original packaging and is in excellent condition. Your change will be processed in 1-3 days. The second or return shipment is 1-5 days.


If your purchase includes shape-wear, we ask you to try the garment OVER panties or underwear. Remember, it is a piece of underwear. Any garment, if worn or dirty, will not be eligible for return and it will be shipped back to you.
